One of the best habits I’ve built over the last five years is blocking Fridays as my CEO Day: no meetings, no client work, no filming. Just time to work *on* the business instead of in it. That usually means reviewing my finances, sending invoices, checking cash flow, looking at my profit and loss statement, and planning for the week ahead.
