I just got back from a factory that was turned into a mall — and it's the perfect metaphor for anyone who wants to build something great. I was walking through this really cool mall with a young entrepreneur. Back in the early 1900s, it was a factory that made washing machines and ovens. Then somebody bought this dilapidated building and saw something grand. That took a visionary — someone who sees what's possible when it seems completely impossible. But vision wasn't enough. They needed an architect to figure out how to turn a broken-down factory into restaurants, shops, and businesses. Then a builder to tear everything apart and restructure it. And finally a designer to layer beauty on top — the aesthetics, the experience, the sounds, the smells. Here's the thing: you're one of these four. → Visionary? You need an architect to turn your idea into a plan
→ Architect? Go find yourself a visionary
→ Visionary and builder? Making the thing is the hardest part — but without a good plan, it all falls apart
→ Designer? You're the one who imagines the experience These are specialty crafts any marketer or entrepreneur can hire for — or work with AI to accomplish. So which are you? And which ones do you need on your team? This is Mike Thoughts from the Porch — let me know in the comments 👇 #SocialMediaExaminer #Entrepreneurship #MarketingTips #FounderLife
