"The conference was good" is a useless testimonial. While I'm trying to get Social Media Marketing World to 3,000, my team brought me an idea: go gather video testimonials from past attendees and use them everywhere. Emails. The website. Pretty much any place we promote the conference. But not the "it was great" kind. The kind where someone says: I went here. I did this. I learned this. I met this person. The actual value they walked away with. So the team went looking for a tool and landed on Senja. Best price, easiest to use, for us and for the people recording. Then I started asking questions. Can they do it from their phone? Yes. Desktop too. Can we prompt them on what to say? Yes. Different pages, different questions, plus a rating out of five stars. Can we keep the videos? Yes, we can download them. There are even templates for Reels. Then I asked about something I'd only heard of: a social wall. "They call it the wall of love." Every testimonial, in one grid, right on your website. Here's what got me. We already have so many testimonials. They've just never lived in one place. If yours are scattered across old emails and screenshots, you probably have the same problem. What would you do to get us to 3,000? One sentence in the comments, starting with "I'd…" 👇 Press Start: The Road to 3,000. #SocialMediaExaminer #SMMW27 #EventMarketing #VideoTestimonials
