1. Buy a Semi, or Box Truck and lease it onto a company.
This is a great way to get into the $700 billion trucking industry, it’s best to find a great reliable truck, then find a driver with at least 2 years of driving experience with not a lot of tickets under their belt.

2. Rent out a trailer.
Buy a trailer, rent it out to a carrier on a weekly or monthly basis, and have them insure it under their authority. This passive income idea allows you to make between $350-700 per week. There are 3 different types of trailers, reefer, dry van, and flat bed.

3. Traveling Billboard.
Buy or use your existing trailer, then wrap the trailer with a logo from a company that wants to promote their business. This gives the company even more exposure then your typical billboard. Your trailer will be traveling to different cities, as well as different states so it gives them more potential business.

4. Ebay.
Ebay is still a billion dollar business, it gives you the opportunity to sell your things around the house that you don’t use anymore. It’s giving me the opportunity to earn over $700 in the past 3 months doing so.

5. Sell a course.
Social media, and the internet have given entrepreneurs the opportunity to promote their business, as well as train others to get into their field on a larger scale. Essentially selling a course to others gives you the ability to be at multiple places at once.

6. Youtube/Podcast
Youtube, and Podcast have been the best thing for people to voice their opinion on a wide range of topics for a while. These platforms have produced many millionaires and has given a voice to people who would have never gotten the opportunity with these platforms. It’s a great way to produce passive income.

7. Affiliate Marketing
Affiliate Marketing is by far one of my favorite things when it comes to having a brand, or platform. This allows you to use links, and promote other businesses that you don’t have to come out of pocket to start, in order for you to get paid. It’s a win win scenario for all parties involved.

8. Vending Machines
Starting a vending machine business is a great source of passive income, they have been around for YEARS but they are evolving, it gives you the opportunity to place NECESSITIES into them in order for you to make passive income. 9. AirBNB
Airbnb is one of the newest things on this list, its taken the world by storm, it gives home owners the potential to double, or triple their income. In my opinion it’s putting pressure on hotels to step up their game or they won’t be around much longer.

Some of these passive income ideas you’re able to use credit cards to fund, if your credit isn’t the best you can use your cash to fund them.

All of these sources of passive income can be done by beginners, save money and invest in other sources of income. Turn that EARNED MONEY, into passive income.

There is no “Blueprint” to investing, take chances and don’t be afraid to invest your money.
