He was standing in a hallway at Social Media Marketing World, faced with a choice: get on a plane back to Texas, or double down. He walked into a session about YouTube and started wondering, "Could I make YouTube videos about plumbing?" He went home and started making videos. How to unclog a toilet. What pipes your house needs. The views came. Then the phone calls. Then his business took off. Eventually he pivoted into training the next generation of plumbers. And this week, Roger sent me a message: "Brother, thank you for changing my life and helping me change the world." Then a press release — he's being featured at America's 250th Anniversary Celebration on the National Mall. Roger's in his 60s. He could have given up. Instead, he sat in the front row, faced his fears, and went deeper. We all hit those friction points where things aren't good and we get a choice: flee, or go deeper. Roger chose deeper — and it changed everything. This is Mike Thoughts from the Porch. Have you ever faced a moment like this at an event?
